Have Your Say: Tyendinaga Township Accessibility Plan 2026–2030

The Township of Tyendinaga is committed to creating an inclusive environment for residents and visitors of all abilities. The Multi-Year Accessibility Plan is what the Township of Tyendinaga follows to prevent and remove barriers to accessibility and is required under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). The plan builds on the Township’s success of meeting the legislative requirements and vision of going above and beyond to make municipal services and facilities more accessible and inclusive.

We are seeking to consult on a new one to focus our efforts from 2026 to 2030. This survey is open to everyone, including those who live, work, visit, offer services or conduct business in Tyendinaga.

The survey focuses on the following key areas:

· Customer service

· Information and communication

· Employment

· Moving around Tyendinaga and the Quinte Area

· Accessing Township facilities and spaces

Your participation in this survey is voluntary. Individual responses will be kept confidential. Non-identifiable summaries of responses might be developed and shared publicly. For questions about the collection, use and disclosure of this information, please contact clerk@tyendinagatownship.com . The survey is available in alternate formats or with communication support upon request by contacting clerk@tyendinagatownship.com .
